1. Paid Media & Consumer Experience Executive, Head Office

Job Description:

Data-guided Media Planning: improved the way of working to manage media planning effectively
Media Reporting & Analysis: create standard analysis to get better insight and actionable plan
Media Innovation & Partnerships: search the new media and adapt the latest trend
MMM Delivery & Deep-Dive: reliable data collection and implement the findings properly
Consumer Experience Roadmap: create robust strategy for Brand Website and CRM program
Consumer Data Acquisition and Utilization: find the right data partners and pursue digitalization process
Consumer Engagement Enhancement: select the right content with the right CRM channel
Performance Reporting & Analysis: standardized analysis to get better insight and actionable plan
Consumer Care Management, complain and its escalation
Adfidence (Digital biddable set up and taxonomy), Google Analytic, SFMC, Katcha tool Champion

Requirements:

S1 degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Mathematics,  Computer Science, or a related field.
The role requires minimum 2 years hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns: paid media, website and CRM initiatives, analyzing performance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with FMCG background are preferred.
Fluent in English both oral and written, MS Office Tools, social media platforms, CRM tools and website development.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential.

2. Brand Group Manager (Baby Care), Head Office

Job Description:

Act and serve as brand champion and owners to assist a Head of Marketing provide the vision, mission goals and strategies to match up to the formulation and direction established by the marketing leadership.
Assisting Head of Marketing to translate brand strategies as defined in the marketing plan into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”.
Assist the Head of Marketing to measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Plan for the launch of new products in accordance with the marketing plan that has been established in collaboration with other divisions related to the procurement of new products (production, supply chain, finance)
Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline
Min. 5 years of experience in Marketing Department preferably in FMCG industry
Having experience in Personal Care company will be an advantages
Consumer driven, persistent and high agility
Good in interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Good in data analysis and research consumer markets.
Willing to be place at Head Office BSD – Tangerang

3. Head of Information Technology, Head Office

Job Description:

Drive strategic business value and innovation.
Overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface across the K-C enterprise including Country Regional/Functional leaders.
Serve as the trusted technology advisor providing thought leadership, consultation and influence on business strategy.
Play a major role in the development of the organization’s strategic plans, including the creative use of information and communications technology.

A Bachelor or Masters degree with 15+ years of IT experience and 12+ years of relevant functional business and process expertise.
Broad knowledge of end to end solutions relevant to Consumer Goods Manufacturers
Strong strategic thinker and will have led the development and rollout of impactful digital and technology strategies and programs across Indonesia
