Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner Assistant Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

To promote the company to become the preferred employer to certain pool of people in order to increase awareness of our career opportunities, internship opportunities, and our company’s values through several channels: LinkedIn, Job Street, Job Fair, Campus/School Engagement, Management Trainee Program.
To determine the sourcing channel to get the appropriate pool of candidates in timely and cost manner.
To develop and determine the most suitable selection tool for respective vacant positions.
To manage company’s overall recruitment process – Sales, Marketing, Production and Support Function including to ensure the fulfilment rate and days within agreed timeline.
To maintain recruitment database and develop the most suitable tools to tracking the current progress in order to be able in identifying problem and seek the quick solution.
Responsible to drive and manage end-to-end people strategy and program to support business objectives effectively.
Manage end-to-end people cost and manpower planning to align with business objectives.
Strategic business partner to enhance productivity and highly motivated employees.
Act as the point of contact and interface of organization and talents.
Working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and departments/businesses both in country and at regional level.
Continuous improvement on talent strategy and process.

Requirements :

University degree in any major (an advantage if you are strong in Psychology, Human Resource Management, etc).
Min. 3-5 years of solid experience and hands on in Talent Acquisition and managing end-to-end people matters.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Location : Alam Sutera – Tangerang.
