What will you do :
Supervise & lead a team of First Mile in a day to day operationEnsure Key Performance Indexes are met for relevant activities of the account/sFollow up closely with customers on operations issues, discrepancies and damagesSupervise and ensure local orders, including documentation are delivered accurately and on timeMonitor operation productivities and drive cost control initiativesIdentify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practicesResponsible for the inspection and routine maintenance of facility and equipmentEnsure general housekeeping & cleanlinessAny other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
What are the requirements :
Diploma degree in any major, preferable in Logistic Supply Chain/Industrial EngineeringHaving related experience at least 2 yearsAbility to work in fast pace and dynamic environmentService oriented and a team playerHaving excellent skills in communication, leadership, critical thinking & problem solvingHaving good Administrative and Ms. Excel skillsWilling to be placement at Surabaya
2. First Mile Route Planner
What will you do :
Responsible for effective design, re-engineering and management pick up routesDesign routes pick up, plan and deploy new pick-up routes and integrate new routes into existing route networksChecking and Analyze route productivity on daily basisCreate dashboard and report Route MonitoringMaintain Cost per Routing
What is Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years working experiences in LogisticHighly responsible, strong attention to details and passion to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlinesGood communication and coordination skillsIndependent, proactive, critical thinking skills, having willingness to learn

What will you do :
