Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information System, or equivalent major
Having at least 2 years of working experience as IT & GA Staff
Good in English, minimum passive
Proficient of using MS. Office
Communicative and detail oriented
Able to work as a team and under pressure
Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
Able to join ASAP
Responsibilities:
Coordinating with related departments
External Relations
Create maintenance schedule, helpdesk or operational services
Problem solving and suggestions for improvement
Make notes and report of daily problems
Repair or fixes hardware and network problems
Carry out maintenance on office equipment and transportation
Manage permits related to General Affairs
Prepare periodic reports of operational expenses (electricity, water, telephone)

Admin Compound
Qualifications:

Data Entry
Update stock
Daily report of compound and order status
Process order
Planning delivery and make packing list for delivery
