1. Legal Staff

Job Description

  1. Arrange sales and purchase agreements
  2. Checking of Letter of Credit (LC) based on sales and purchase agreements
  3. Communicate formally by e-mail with the company colleagues
  4. Responsible for Shipping Documents
  5. Responsible for all legal matters (extension of company legallity, extension of vehicle licenses, renewal of KITAS and VISA)

Reuquirements :

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferable from Human Resource, Law or equivalent.
  2. Preferably having experience in law firm or as Legal Staff within the last 2 years.
  3. Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing ability (provide IELTS/TOEFL certificate will be an advantage).
  4. Legal knowledge of mining law, shipping law and general corporate
  5. The maximum of the candidates is 28 years old.
2. Senior Accounting & Tax

Job Description

  1. Responsible for tax ( articel 21, 23, 15, 25, 22 ) and tax reporting monthly and yearly.
  2. Responsible for petty cash report by collect the supporting documents.
  3. Responsible for online and offline transactions.
  4. Able to prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing information.
  5. Responsible to manage and coordinate with tax-related and audits.
  6. Responsible to prepare monthly invoices and follow up payment collection.
  7. Knowing tax regulations and able to prepare tax planning and reporting.

Requirements :

  1. Have minimum Bachelor’s degree preferable from Accounting, Tax, Finance Major or related to the field.
  2. The maximum age of candidates is 30 years old.
  3. Having good knowledge in corporate tax and calculation, especially PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 22, PPh 15 and 25.
  4. At least have 2-3 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
  5. Excellent in English both speaking and writing.
