HSE Internship
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating SMK3 documentation and records.
Support the preparation and review of mandatory forms, procedures, and evidence required for the audit.
Conduct basic site inspections and help identify gaps or non-conformities.
Follow up with departments to gather supporting data or corrective actions.
Help maintain the HSE filing system (digital and physical) to ensure all documents are audit ready.
Assist in preparing audit presentation materials, checklists, and compliance reports.
Participate in internal audit or P2K3 activities and take minutes or notes during meetings.
Support HSE team in day-to-day administrative tasks related to SMK3.
Design HSE awareness materials such as safety posters, educational content, signage, and communication media to support SMK3 campaigns.
Inspect emergency situation equipment and support to conduct a drill.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Open to current students or recent graduates in Occupational Safety & Health or any related courses
Basic understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles (knowledge of SMK3 is a plus).
Ability to organize documents and manage filing systems accurately.
Good analytical skills to identify gaps or non-conformities.
Good communication skills for coordinating with departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to design simple posters, awareness materials, and HSE signage (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, or similar tools).
Willingness to conduct basic site observations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT:
On-site at our Cikande Office: Kawasan Industri Modern, Modern Industri Utama Blok BA No.5, Sukatani, Kec. Cikande, Kabupaten Serang, Banten 42186.
