PT Polyplex Films Indonesia telah didirikan di Indonesia pada tanggal 11 Oktober 2017 sebagai anak perusahaan yang sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Limited. Perusahaan sedang dalam proses mendirikan Greenfield PET Film Line dengan kapasitas 44.000 metrik ton per tahun bersama dengan Pabrik Resin hulu dan Pabrik Metalik hilir. Produksi komersial diharapkan akan dimulai pada pertengahan 2019. Pabrik tersebut akan berlokasi di kawasan industri di Serang sebelah barat Jakarta dan melayani terutama pasar domestik di Indonesia dan juga pasar regional / ekspor lainnya.
Saat ini PT Polyplex Films Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi sebagai :
1. Slitter Operator
Requirements:
A minimum graduated of SMK or a relevant field.
Certification in machine operations, slitting technologies, or lean manufacturing practices will be an added advantage.
1+ years of hands-on experience working as a Slitter Operator in the BOPET or BOPP manufacturing industry
Proven ability to lead a team in the slitting process, ensuring proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of slitting equipment.
Strong knowledge of slitting machines used in BOPET/BOPP processes, including setup, adjustments, and maintenance
Expertise in understanding the tension control and web handling of plastic films to avoid defects like wrinkles, tears, or poor winding
Overseeing the entire slitting process, ensuring that the machines are running efficiently and that the product meets quality standards.
Keep accurate records of machine performance, production output, and any maintenance carried out on the equipment.
Willing to work into shift

2. Winder Operator
Requirements:
A minimum graduated of SMK or a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in film winding operations or similar roles in plastic film manufacturing
Experience specifically with BOPET or BOPP winding equipment is advantageous.
Proficiency in operating, setting up, and troubleshooting winder machines.
Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience handling tension control systems.
Ability to lift materials and stand for long periods; good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Willing to work into shift

3. Forklift Driver
Requirements:
A minimum graduated of SMK or a relevant field.
Certification in forklift driver
1+ years of hands-on experience working as a forklift driver
