1. Auto Electrician
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimum adalah SMA/SMK/Sederajat
- Pengalaman kerja minimum 5 tahun dalam pekerjaan perawatan dan perbaikan electrical alat berat
- Pengalaman menangani berbagai macam merk alat berat
- Memahami dasar-dasar teori Electric unit alat berat, dan mampu mengaplikasikannya
- Memahami diagram Electrical pada unit alat berat
- Mampu melakukan maintenance dan service AC system pada unit alat berat)
- Memahami dan menjunjung tinggi standard Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3)
- Siap ditempatkan di seluruh area kerja
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani, memiliki kepribadian dan perilaku yang baik, serta dapat bekerjasama dengan rekan kerja dan atasan.
2. Maintenance Secretary
Qualification
- Minimum diploma degree, preferably in Administration/Secretary
- Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in Secretary or Administration
- Experience with maintenance activities is an advantage
- Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, Visio)
- Good communication skill in English, both oral and written

3. Maintenance Superintendent
Requirement
- Minimum diploma degree, preferably in Administration/Secretary
- Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in Secretary or Administration
- Experience with maintenance activities is an advantage

4. Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum diploma degree with 7 years or S1 with 4 years experiences in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 (five) years experiences in Maintenance in mining industry, out of which 3 (three) years in leadership or supervisory role
- Possess broad knowledge in heavy equipment maintenance management
- Qualifications and certificates in field of trade/required duties
- Conducts mechanical work to PTP and OEM maintenance standars to help achieve high mechanical availability
- Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
- Good understanding of mechanical availability and correct repair & maintenance methods
- Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets

5. Mechanic Rebuild
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimum adalah SMA/SMK/Setara
- Pengalaman minimum 5 tahun di bidang rebuild components
- Khusus Welder, memiliki sertifikat aktif yang diterbitkan BNSP atau Kementerian ESDM, minimum di level 3G
- Memahami dan menjunjung tinggi standard keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja
- Memiliki perilaku kerja yang baik, serta dapat bekerjasama dengan rekan kerja maupun atasan
- Bersedia mengikuti sesi tes dan penempatan di Balikpapan
6. Mining Heavy Equipment Trainer
Requirements
- Minimal High school degree in any major
- Min. 5 years experienced in operations of Light Vehicle, Articulated Dump Truck, Medium Truck, Excavator & HD Truck
- Good communication in English and Computer literate
- Have experience in Mining and Heavy Equipment
- Has proficient knowledge about the mining process
- Good presentation and leadership skill
7. Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Expert
Requirements
- Minimum S1 Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering, and/or Minimum 5 years of experience in Mobile Plant Mining Industry & Asset Equipment Health initiatives (with minimum experience 5 years in field)
- Advanced knowledge in maintenance analytical tools (VIMS, VHMS, ET, Mpro, Insite, NDT, Thermal analysis, etc.). Strong knowledge and experience in maintenance analysis and maintenance program development by using common and standard methodology such as : RCA, FMEA, RCM
- Advanced knowledge in mechanical awareness
- Multivariate data analytical capability
- High experience in fatigue & failure analysis
- Advanced understanding of heavy equipment maintenance management
- High experience in fluid analysis (oil, coolant, fuel, grease, fire suppression system)
- Advanced understanding of heavy equip/machine application analysis
- Advanced computer literacy (Ms. Excel, Ms. Access, MS. Power Point, ERP)
- Proficient lateral & analytical thinking/skills

- Understand structural repairs and fatigue patterns, following correct fabrication practices and welding procedures
