1. Instrument & Control Supervisor
Responsibilities :
Coordinates analysis, diagnosis, installation, repair, maintenance and the calibration of instrumentation and control equipmentCoordinates maintenance activities with engineers, other departments and contractorsEnsures that safety rules and procedures are followedPrepares Instrumentation and Control business plansDevelop, review, and revise standard operating proceduresCreates, composes and edits technical and administrative correspondence, reports and documentation
Requirements :
Male / female24-28 years oldBachelor’s Degree (S1) of electrical engineeringMinimum 5 years of experiences in instruments and control departmentGood analytical and critical thinkingStrong leadership skillsAble to communicate in EnglishVaccinated against Covid-19Willing to work in shiftsPlacement : Bandung
2. Production Supervisor
Responsibilities :
Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employeesOrganize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedulesOversee and coach employeesTrain new employees to follow proceduresCheck production output according to specificationsSubmit reports on performance and progressIdentify issues in efficiency and suggest improvementsEnforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

3. Process Engineer
Responsibilities :
Develop, configure and optimize industrial processesAssess processes, take measurements and interpret dataDesign, run, test and upgrade systems and processesDevelop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
Perform process simulationsManage cost and time constraintsPerform risk assessmentsProvide process documentation and operating instructions
Requirements :

4. Chiller & HVAC Technician Leader
Responsibilities :
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditionerMake sure equipments operate efficiently & continuouslyPerform regular maintenance work on cooling unitsDiagnose electrical & mechanical defects & malfunctionsInstall, replace, repair equipment that has been damagedMake adjustment, do calibrations of thermostatic controlsMake plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenanceCoordinate with company’s contracted HVAC vendorsLeading team and monitor progress
Requirements :
