Management Planning

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Management Planning team. This position will focus on collecting, validating, and analyzing production data, as well as supporting performance planning and reporting processes.
Jobdesk :
Collect and verify daily and monthly production data from various production lines
Prepare production reports for management, including target achievements and operational challenges
Review and analyze salary proposals, identifying causes of any increases or decreases
Review and analyze month-end production stock based on current production, previous stock, and shipment data
Reconstruct material reports by comparing ERP data with actual data from PPIC and Costing departments
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or equivalent)
Strong data analysis and processing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and logical thinking
Able to work both independently and in a team
Active English communication skills (written and spoken) are an advantage
At least 1 year of experience in the same position
