PT NS BlueScope Indonesia sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :
Technical Engineer
Responsibilities:
Perform project estimation for sales
Perform structural design, develop and review engineering drawing done by senior designer.
Prepare detail and layout engineering drawings and check, verify with sales people before sending back to customer
Advise & assist sales staff to get the project and project coordinator to succeed project execution. Include visits to customers
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
Collect and document competitive intelligence
Qualification and/or experienced required:
University degree (S1) in Civil engineering preferably structural with minimum 5 years experiences
At least 2-3 years experience or an Engineer in contractor or consultant.
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation and creativity skills
Knowledge of steel building products will be an added advantage.

Raw Material Planner
Responsibilities:
Deliver safely the outputs expected in the business plan on a day to day, week to week basis
Uphold, support, and improve upon the conduct of business processes according to company policies and procedures.
Support and comply with all procedures, policies and accountabilities as defined under this same heading for the manager of this position (See “Reports To” at top of this document).
Manage direct/key raw materials purchase plan according to the customer order and/or demand and production requirement in context of customer order fulfillment
Align the key raw materials quality, quantity, and their acquisition timing with the production planning
Align the customer requirement with supply capabilities
Measure, monitor, and follow up KRM supplier performance
To maintain a good coordination with the sales, customer service, logistics, manufacturing team, to meet the customer requirement through regular communications
Analyze and highlight root cause of non-conformance in KRM by coordinating with related department to setup follow up action
Communicate with the technical/quality team concerning any KRM quality or process issue which has effects on delivery commitments
Maintain a good inventory KRM turnover by consistent inventory monitoring
Qualification and/or experience required:
Certified Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
At least 1 year of experience in raw material purchasing/procurement/ supply chain in manufacturing
Strong negotiation skills
Knowledge of steel and steel coating commodities will be an advantage
Knowledge of international commodity trading, trade regulation and barriers
Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships at various levels and to resolve complaints
