Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Responsible for giving advice, monitoring, and reporting in the workplace, and engage staff in programs that ensure safe practice in the workplace.
Required achieving zero accidents, improving the safety behavior, and creating a safe workplace for all employees through the safety protocols and regulations.
Persyaratan
Minimum of Associate’s Degree with Occupational Health and Safety major
Minimum has 1 years working experience as ESH staff or in a related position is required, or fresh graduates are welcome
Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines of Occupational Health and Safety and standards
Update procedures and policies for local ordinances or new regulations
Has good communication skills in verbal and written, and a good attitude
Has license of Ahli K3 Umum/General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (preferred)
Familliar with create of HSE report (Daily or weekly and Monthly)
Ready to work on a team or Individu
Has experience to assiting of Audit regarding the HSE and Wast is a plus
English ability (writing, speaking and listening) is intermediate level
Willing to working placement in Serang, Banten

Footwear Engineer (Bottom Mold)
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Provide effective solutions to design and construction challenges by applying a strong understanding of materials, mold construction, and manufacturing processes.
Manage 2D/3D sole geometry and related molds and contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance timeline efficiency, and drive innovation within footwear development.
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to support product development and resolve mold-related
Serve as the primary contact between the development center and headquarters for all mold-related topics
Oversee and explain the 3D component creation process from concept (initial stage) to mass production.
Persyaratan
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tooling or Bottom Mold Engineer in the footwear industry.
Strong knowledge of mold construction and production processes.
Proficient in 2D/3D design software, especially Rhino.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across departments
