Laboratory Staff
You will perform all laboratory tests of footwear and materials or components according to desired standards. In addition, analyze and interpret the results and prepare the report with advising on rejections or acceptances. The work may involve repetitive tasks and attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate results. You will involve to:
Perform quality control tests on footwear materials, components, and finished products
Utilize specialized equipment to test footwear durability, flexibility, slip resistance, and other performance attributes
Analyze test results and document findings accurately
Identify and report any issues or deviations from standards
Collaborate with other team to address concerns and implement corrective actions
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test result
To become Laboratory Staff
Bachelor degree or combination of experience in laboratory or directly related-field
Skilled user in Ms. Office
Fluent in English (writing and speaking) is preferred
Detail-oriented person
Have the ability to communicate clearly, able to coordinate and perform multiple/concurrent tasks in accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Crispin Pattern Staff
Make and grade shoe pattern according to standard
Define product correction and implement technical changes
Ensure that each shoe is engineered and constructed to meet brand quality standard
Collaborate closely with development, designer and across cross-functional teams at appropriate times to facilitate process and assist them with any related issues
To Become Crispin Pattern Staff
Minimum Diploma Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in English is preferred
Advanced knowledge is shoe making and pattern engineering, preferred sport industry
Pattern engineering application Jevero, Rhino or other comparable application
