ENGINEER FOR BOTTOM MOLD FOOTWEAR
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide solutions for designing and constructing while considering constraints, utilizing your demonstrated knowledge of materials, mold construction, and manufacturing processes
Evaluate and enhance product designs for manufacturability and durability by reviewing 2D/3D CADs, prototypes, and feedback
Ensure that the molded shoe conforms to brand standards accordingly
Collaborate closely with the development and design teams, as well as with cross- functional teams as needed, to facilitate the process and assist with any related issues
Lead and track projects with continuous improvement integrated into the process
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Practical experience in the mold bottom shoe environment
Experience working with 2D and 3D CADs
Proficiency using MS Office applications
Fluent in English
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a diverse group of people
Excellent time management skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines
Willing to be placed in Serang, Banten
