Material Control & PPIC Specialist
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PPIC, Material Control, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Fluent in English (reading and writing) is a must.
Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang.
Job Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC):
Plan and monitor production schedules based on sales forecasts and orders.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure material availability and prevent production delays.
Control WIP and finished goods to meet delivery targets.
Improve lead time, production capacity, and efficiency.
Material Control:
Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
Monitor MRP and ensure timely material requisitions.
Track all material movements and update data in ERP/SAP system.
Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile inventory accuracy.
Apply FIFO/FEFO methods and maintain proper storage practices.
