Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate management, property management, or a related field.
Previous experience in tenant relations, property management, customer service, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectively.
Knowledge of commercial leasing principles, lease administration, and property maintenance.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Serve as a point of escalation for complex tenant issues or disputes, providing guidance and assistance to resolve conflicts effectively.
Monitor tenant communications and interactions, ensuring that all inquiries, requests, and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the tenant relations team to develop strategies for improving tenant satisfaction and retention.
Plan and coordinate tenant appreciation events, workshops, or networking opportunities to promote a sense of community and collaboration within the industrial estate.
Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to develop tenant engagement initiatives and promote participation in community activities.
Solicit feedback from tenants regarding their preferences for events, amenities, and services, and incorporate tenant input into community-building efforts.
