GA MANAGER
Job Responsibilities :
– Have experience in building construction.
– Ensure the availability of household equipment in the office
Ensure all office operational activities by carrying out the process of procuring all work equipment
(ATK Computer, Desk Chair, AC, etc.) and supporting facilities (vehicle, OB, telephone, Mess, and so on) in order to run properly.
Checking all maintenance activities for facilities and supporting facilities, as well as ensuring a smooth replacement process for damaged facilities/facilities, electricity, and cleanliness of a well-maintained work environment/company.
Assist supervising the repair process and project work in the office/factory.
Assist in monitoring the availability of raw materials for project work.
Ensure that the purchase of project materials is in accordance with the needs.
Ensure all repair activities and project work run smoothly.
Supervise the cleanliness of the work environment from garbage, dust, waste material, and others.
Ensuring the cleanliness of the facilities and infrastructure in the Company.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of machines.
Qualifications :
Minimum education Si from all majors with 7 years experience as General Affair SPV. or 2 Years Manager/Ass Manager.
Deft in duly and high integrity,
Able to maintain company facilities and assets.
Thorough and have a good leadership spirit.
Able to monitor the existence of Company assets.
