QHSE & 5R Manager
Job Description :
Have experience in program development related to 5R (Implementation and Developing)
Ensure that the LK3 program runs well in accordance with the Company’s procedures and standards,
Carrying out control in the context of preventing accidents in the workplace, by issuing appropriate and effective policies, so as to create a safe work environment,
Creating an LK3 work program and planning its implementation,
Compile HSE reports and analyze statistical data on occupational accidents,
Conducting risk assessment reviews, HIRADC, SOP, and JSA,
Promoting HSE and safety communication to employees,
Conducting examinations on work equipment, labor, labor health, as well as the work environment,
Reviewing occupational safety and safety training,
Addressing work accidents and conducting investigations of their causes,
Ensure that all workers have worked in accordance with the SOP,
Responsible for the company’s ISO 45001 and SMK3 certifications so that they are always updated,
Able to conduct HSE inspections up to their reporting.
Qualification :
Minimum S1 education in all majors,
Have a general K3 expert certificate
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing quality management systems, environment, occupational safety, and health,
Have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 management system training certificates issued by related bodies,
Mastering the concepts of control management (TQM), ISO, and SMK3,
Willing to be placed in our plant (Cikande, Banten).
