1. Procurement Manager

Requirements :

1. Min. S1 of any major from reputable university, min. 5 years experiences as Procurement Manager at EPCI / Construction Company for Oil & Gas Project.
2. Proficient understanding of materials and services procurement.
3. Excellent computer skills & Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
4. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Proficient in English.
6. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
7. Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to comply with company policies and procedures.
9. Able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
10. Able to join immediately.
11. Placement – Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island (if needed).

2. Buyer

Requirement

1. Min. D3 of any major from reputable university, min. 2 years experiences in the same position at EPCI / Construction Company for Oil & Gas Project.
2. Proficient understanding of materials and services procurement.

3. QC Inspector CSWIP 3.1

Requirements

1. Engineering or Mechanical back ground with 5 years experiences in Oil & Gas Project.
2. Holding welding inspection qualification such as CSWP 3.1, CWI or equivalent.
3. Holding NDT level II qualification such as ASNT UT, RT, etc.
4. Good knowledge in materials, welding, NDT and coating and applicable code such as API 2A, API 1104, AWS D1.1, ASME, ASTM etc
5. Good knowledge in Quality management system such as ISO 9001, quality audit. Able to follow up the quality issues such as audit findings, nonconformity, etc.
6. Having experience with EPC contractor for Jacket, Topside and Pipeline installation offshore, oversea experience is an advantage.
7. Strong leadership and communication skills.
8. Able to read and understand technical documents such as specification, DWG.

4. Yard QAQC Manager

Requirements

1. Min. 10 years experiences in Oil & Gas project as a Yard QAQC Manager or Project QAQC Manager for EPC contractor.
2. Holding ISO 9001 lead auditor certificate by IRCA.
3. Good knowledge in Welding, Coating, Materials, NDT & applicable code such as ASTM, ASME, NACE, AWS & ISO, EN, etc.
4. Civil Engineering or Mechanical back ground
5. Having experience with EPC contractor for platform construction, piping and pipeline
6. Strong leadership and communication skills.
7. Good organizational and administrative skills.
8. Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
9. Able to join immediately.

5. Welding Engineer

Requirements

1. Min. 5 years experiences in Oil & Gas project.
2. Holding International Welding Engineer certificate.
3. Good knowledge in materials, welding consumables and applicable code such as API 2A, API 1104, AWS D1.1, ASME, ASTM, etc.
4. Civil Engineering or Mechanical back ground
5. Having experience with EPC contractor for platform construction, piping and pipeline
6. Strong leadership and communication skills.
7. Good organizational and administrative skills.
8. Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
9. Able to join immediately.

6. SUSU Coordinator

Requirements

1. S1 Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
2. Min. 5 years experiences as Quality Control with min. 2 years as Coordinator for EPC contractor in Oil & Gas projects.
3. Good communication skill in English and Bahasa.
4. Good data base.
5. Good leadership and management skills.
6. Able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
7. Able to join immediately.

7. Contract Engineer

Requirements :

1. Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related discipline from a reputable local or foreign university duly recognized.
2. At least 5 years of experience as Contract Engineer in Oil & Gas Project.
3. Having experience in management of contractual relationships with Client throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
4. Having experience in negotiating, evaluating, interpreting, and implementing contractual documents.
5. Expert in giving advise to Project Management Team about the Bank Guarantees, Bonds, Warranty issues and Insurance requirement as per the Contract and follow up.
6. Experience in Preparation/Review of the Claims, Change/Variation notification and follow up for the Variation/Change Proposal.
7. Detail oriented, creative, efficient & high integrity
8. Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
9. Has a good sense of responsibility and decision-making.

8. Admin Staff (For IT Dept.)

Requirements :

1. Min. Diploma Degree or equivalent
