PT MC PET Film Indonesia – Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia, yang berolkasi di kota Cielgon, Provinsi Banten, Indonesaia, memproduksi resin Purefied Terephthalic Acid (PTA) dan Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) di bawah lisensi Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation. Saat ini Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia didirikan sebagai perusahaan multinasional pada tahun 1991 dan memiliki 3 pabrik yang di bangun di atas lahan seluas 23 hektar. Dalam bisnis PTA, operasi komersial PTA no 1 Plat dimulai pada tahun 1991 dengan kapasitas awal 250,00 MT pertahun dan kemudian diikuti oleh opersai komersial PTA no.2 Pabrik dengan kapasitas awal yang sama pada tahun 1996.
Sementara dalam bisnis PET, operasi komersial PET Plan dimulai pada tahun 1995 dengan kapasitas awal 52.000 MT per tahun. Setelah proyek optimasi proses, efektif sejak 2005, kapasitas pabrik telah di tingkatkan manjadi 700,000 MT per tahun untuk PTA dan 58.00 MT per tahun untuk PET. Total investasi mencapai USD 610 Juta dengan Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation sebagai pemegang saham mayoritas tunggal.

Job Responsibilities:
HR Management:
Analyze HR data related to employee surveys, yearly assessments, etc., to define organizational development needs.
Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements.
Support leadership in creating and maintaining a positive organizational culture, with an emphasis on employee engagement and retention.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related issues such as career development, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
Industrial Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions, employee representatives, and regulatory bodies to promote a harmonious workplace.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate industrial disputes and foster constructive dialogue between management and employees.
Represent the organization in labor tribunal hearings, mediation, and other legal proceedings related to industrial relations.
Stay updated on labor laws, industry standards, and government regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant.
Provide training and guidance to management and supervisors on industrial relations practices and conflict resolution techniques.
Education, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management or Industrial Engineering.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR and personnel matters.
