Area Sales Manager GT – Serang
Job Description:
Lead direct selling seam (Salesman) to effective and efficient sales strategy to increase sales performance and achieve sales target.
Responsible for business growth and distribution of products in the area
Responsible for performance of distributors
Achieve sales fundamentals
Carry out area development
Qualification:
Must have experience in handling Serang area.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Particularly Ms. Excel for Data Processing)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong leadership skill.
Strong business acumen and customer focus
Ready to work with external distributors and other third parties.
Must be willing to base in Serang, Banten.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an ASM in Consumer Goods/Food & Beverages Industry.
