PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.

Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

HR RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Job Descriptions :

Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
Communicate with all users to understand the need and requirements of any requested positions
Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity,
Job posting on several job portals, social media, websites, and do head hunting resources such as connecting to university / colleges / community services
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, job portals, social media, website, etc.,
Determine selection criteria
Prepare selection schedule
Conduct test and interview candidates
Facilitate all users and interviewers in making decision based on all assessment results during the selection process
Making offering letter for candidates
Do on boarding for all new employee
Providing recruitment reports to team managers
Support any other related administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Age Max. 30 years
Fluent in English
Able speak in Korean language will be an advantage
Candidate must possess at least min. Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in Psychological Major, or any related major
At least 1-3 Years of working experience as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Strong experience of full-cycle recruiting experience, including talent sourcing and attracting candidates
Strong profile searching & verbal assessment
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure, work individual and team
Honest, Discipline, and Hard worker
Strong planning and organizational skills, bright, dynamic and highly motivated
Detailed type of person and highly organized
Good operating computer’s system, such as: Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point & Internet
