PT Lotte Chemical Titan Indonesia didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.
Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

Job Description : :
Maintaining, controlling, and updating complex personnel information and payroll data for employees in various administrative systems.
Managing all employee benefits-related expenses, such as medical reimbursement, insurance, and BPJS.
Managing employee agreements, including all related documents, and controlling employee contracts.
Responsible for managing all employee insurance, calculating allowances, overtime, and overseeing all payroll processes each month.
Assisting local expatriates with preparing their annual individual income tax return reports (SPT PPh 21 Tahunan Pribadi).
Serving as the administrator for the BPJS system, including SIPP Online for BPJS
Ketenagakerjaan, e-DABU & e-ID for BPJS Kesehatan, and e-SPT PPh 21 & e-Filling for monthly employee income tax returns.
Fully responsible and serving as the main contact person for compensationbenefits, payroll, and HRIS.
Qualification : :
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field is required.
Fluency in English, with proficiency in Korean being a preference.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Excel formulas (IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot) is required.
Experience working with payroll system applications, administration, and HRIS is required.

HR Training Supervisor
Job Description :
Conducting, & supervising all training programs to ensure smooth operations
Communicating with Line Managers and employees to identify and evaluate their training and development needs
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs & providing recommendations for improvement
Developing and monitoring a plan vs actual report for hours and participants in training
Collaborating with internal & external parties to design and develop training modules
Maintaining a current curriculum database & training records
Supporting the onboarding process to ensure smooth operation of modules, schedules, and reports
Analyzing training & development needs and recommending solutions to all departments
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in any field & a Master’s degree in Management of Human Resources is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in training & development in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or a similar industry.
Organized, with the ability to multitask & good administration skills
Good time management skills & ability to create & maintain training plans & schedules.
Possess a positive attitude, confidence, adaptability, independence, & the ability to work both independently & as part of a team
Proficient in office software, intermediate or advance Excel Skill is a plus
Familiar with the Kirkpatrick model of training evaluation.
