Sejak saat itu, Lamipak telah berkembang selama dekade terakhir untuk menjadi salah satu pemimpin dalam menyediakan solusi pengemasan aseptik di mana produk dan layanannya digunakan di lebih dari 50 negara berbeda di seluruh dunia. Hingga saat ini, output volumenya hampir tiga kali lipat dalam waktu 5 tahun.
Saat ini PT Lami Packaging Indonesia sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi sebagai berikut :
Senior Lamination Operator (Extrusion)
Bertanggung jawab dalam proses persiapan Tinta (Water Based Ink) sebelum produksi pencetakan dilakukan, persiapan dilakukan meliputi mengoperasikan mesin Ink Maker, melakukan uji sampel cetak mengikuti target departemen yang telah di tentukan.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Complete the production tasks of Lamination function, safely and maintain product quality.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the laminating machine. Improve and optimize standard operating procedures.
Determine team work objectives, coach the team, give timely work feedback to subordinates, and motivate the team to develop productive and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
Manage working schedule and overtime when needed and also control the overtime cost.
Improve production efficiency and reduce production loss under the premise of quality assurance.
Strictly abide by the company’s safety management regulations, such as safety operation procedures.
Responsible to ensure no unauthorized command, unauthorized operation and violation of labor discipline, and ensure the properly wear safety protective equipment.
Participate in World Class Manufacturing projects.
Work in close collaboration with all departments related to achieve the overall business and financial goals.
Complete other work assigned by direct manager on time and in quality.
Kualifikasi:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferred from the Engineering major.
Minimum 3 years experience as Leader Laminating Operator, preferably with experience operating laminator machine, preferred aseptic packaging lamination machine.
Have good communication skills, able to work with teams and work units that intersect.
Experience as a Team Leader.
Understand and implement the principles of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in the work area.
Demonstrate work responsibilities, be able to develop work plans and priorities as needed, and pay attention to details.
