Warehouse Inventory Control
Job Description:
Responsible for updating the status of goods, monitoring the quantity and quality of goods entering and leaving the warehouse.
Preparation and documentation of warehouse invoices and receipts
Set the placement of goods according to the expiration date, category, SKU.
Collaborating with the warehouse keeper to accurately audit the quantity of goods.
Implement and manage inventory control measures to prevent losses and track stock movement.
Collaborate with other departments to exchange information on stock levels, identifying remaining stock, dead stock, and stock rejections.
Generate daily reports detailing stock activities, including incoming and outgoing goods.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information for decision-making.
Responsible for warehouse 6S management.
Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by the department head.
Adapt to changing requirements and contribute to overall warehouse and financial objectives.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field is required.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) is considered advantageous.
Essential to have knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, especially in the production and packaging of products, is preferred.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This is essential for data analysis, reporting, and communication within the organization.
Attention to detail helps in avoiding errors, while precision ensures accurate financial reporting.
