Job Role:

Responsible for managing team to carry out work instructions to meet production targets on line lamination, as well as ensuring production quality, work safety and implementation of effective and efficient work processes laminated paper laminators.

Job Descriptions:

Strictly abide by the company’s safety management regulations, such as safety operation procedures.
Responsible to ensure no unauthorized command, unauthorized operation and violation of labor discipline, and ensure the properly wear safety protective equipment.
Complete the production tasks of Lamination function, safely and maintain product quality.
Improve production efficiency and reduce production loss under the premise of quality assurance.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the laminating machine. Improve and optimize standard operating procedures.
Determine team work objectives, coach the team, give timely work feedback to subordinates, and motivate the team to develop productive and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
Manage working schedule and overtime when needed and also control the overtime cost.
Participate in World Class Manufacturing projects.
Work in close collaboration with all departments related to achieve the overall business and financial goals.
Complete other work assigned by direct supervisor on time and in quality.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a preference for candidates who have specialized in engineering. This educational background ensures a basic understanding of technical concepts relevant to the role.
At least 5 years of experience is required in a leadership role overseeing lamination operations. Ideally, this position is experience working with aseptic packaging lamination machines.
The candidate must possess strong communication skills. This ability is crucial for effectively collaborating with various teams and work units.
A thorough understanding and the ability to implement Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles are essential. This ensures a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations.
Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility in their work. They should be capable of developing detailed work plans and setting priorities based on the needs of the job. Attention to detail is critical to ensure high-quality outcomes and efficiency in operations.
