Asst. Manager Maintenance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering).
At least 5 years of working experience as Supervisor or Asst. Manager Maintenance.
10 years of experience in the steel fabrication industry is a plus.
Deep understanding of CNC Machinery.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in maintenance management is a plus.
Willing to be placed at Cilegon area (Plant).
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment and systems.
Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and support overall operational goals.
Monitor and control maintenance budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to continually improve maintenance processes.
Safety Compliance, ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with the company policy and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
