With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented PPIC Manager located in Cilegon, Banten. The PPIC Manager will be responsible for optimizing production processes, maintaining efficient inventory levels, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers while minimizing costs and maximizing profitability.
Role Description:
Develop and implement comprehensive production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing costs.
Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.
Analyse production planning by taking into account demand data, production capacity, delivery planning, plant capacity and other things that have a significant impact to ensure production runs on time and according to demand.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and components.
Develop accurate demand forecasts to support production planning and inventory management decisions.
Safety Compliance, ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with the company policy and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent.
10 years of experience in the steel fabrication / galvanization industry.
Deep understanding of process improvement in production planning and inventory control processes.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
