Responsibilities
Prepare and review shipping documentsCommunicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to coordinate shipmentsMaintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and customs documentationCoordinate with warehouse personnel for the receipt and release of cargoEnsure that all cargo is properly labeled, packaged, and compliant with transportation regulations
Requirements
Min. high school diploma or equivalentHave basic cargo & BTT license is advantageousPrevious experience in Import/Export operations or freight forwarding is highly desirableGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and experience with logistics software is a plusWilling to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all timesAble to work as a team and agree to work in shiftsWilling to work in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
