2. Admin Staff – location Subang (Patimban)
Representing of MBN Shipping Agency Business, that will serve to all vessel both foreign sea transportation and / or national sea transportation company
Responsibilities:
Manage and archive vessel-shipping documents.
Coordinate with related parties (forwarder, port, customs).
Entering shipment data into the system.
Provide client service.
Support the operational team.
Qualification:
Minimum D3 / S1 majoring in Port and Shipping Management, or a related field.
Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in administration or logistics, especially in the shipping agency.
Proficient in using computer and office applications.
Understand the basic concept of shipping agency.
Able to communicate well.
Able to work in a team.
