PT Honda Prospect Motor atau HPM merupakan ATPM (Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merk) dari merek dagang Honda yang memiliki hak untuk mengimpor, merakit dan memproduksi kendaraan dengan menggunakan merk Honda di Indonesia. HPM memiliki kantor pusat yang terletak di Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya terletak di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Produk-produknya yang ada di pasaran diantaranya Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic, Honda Brio, Honda Accord, Honda City dan juga Honda Odyssey. 1. Logistic Administrative Staff
Coordinate and monitor administrative activities internally within the company and externally to ensure the process of delivering the vehicle to the dealer went well, also create and monitor new model certification test schedule to run as planned.
The main roles of staff level are to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
- Maximum age is 27
- Strong analytical thinking
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient and thorough in processing and analyzing data
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
- Must have valid TOEFL certification with minimum score of 400
- Proficient in MS Office
- Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
- Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

2. New Dealer Development Staff
Analyze new dealer proposals, make adjustments to the new dealer layout based on standards and specifications of PT Honda Prospect Motor, and monitor the dealer building process.
The main roles of staff level are to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
- Maximum age is 27
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Strong analytical thinking
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Preferred having car driving license (SIM A)
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
- Must have valid TOEFL certification with minimum score of 400
- Proficient in MS Office
- Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)

3. Strategy Plan Service Staff
Plan, monitor and evaluate the activities of Honda dealer services nationwide for the after sales development program.

- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)

- Able to do a good and interesting presentation
