Hon Chuan pertama kali memulai bisnisnya di Indonesia pada tahun 2004 atas kerjasama Taiwan Hon Chuan (THC) dan PT. ABC President Indonesia. Pabrik pertama Hon Chuan Indonesia berlokasi di Karawang, dibangun dengan skema in-house di mana Hon Chuan Indonesia bertanggung jawab menyediakan kemasan plastik, sedangkan PT. ABC President Indonesia menangani proses pengisian.
PT Hon Chuan Indonesia sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi berikut:
Supervisor QC
(Placement: PT HON CHUAN INDONESIA Pandeglang, Banten).
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Biology, or equivalent.
Have at least 3 years of experience as a QC Supervisor (preferably drinking water industry)
Have good understanding of food safety and quality management, Halal assurance system, GMP, HACCP, and relevant certification.
Ability to perform and evaluate internal and external audits.
Strong leadership skills, including team management, assessment, and decision-making.
Willing to be placed in Pandeglang, Banten
Job Description:
Execute and evaluate the certification process for company-implemented systems.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure compliance with quality regulations, communicate regulatory changes, and establish control systems
Handle customer communication, audit, requirement, and complaint.
Coordinate with related depertments to solve the problem.
Control product release in good quality and meet with customer requirement.
Manage the QC manpower, jobdesc, equipment and lab environment.
