Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, or a closely related discipline, preferably with specialization or experience in petrochemical or chemical processing industries.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer within petrochemical manufacturing or a similar heavy chemical processing environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation, process troubleshooting, and developing innovative solutions in complex petrochemical processes.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams, including operations, maintenance, safety, and quality assurance.
Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations, environmental compliance, safety protocols, and health standards governing petrochemical manufacturing.
Analyze and optimize existing production processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
Design and implement new process solutions to address production challenges and meet business goals.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality consistency.
Continuously test and evaluate production processes to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams to resolve process issues.
Monitor production data and report findings to identify performance enhancement opportunities.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
Willing to domiciled in Tangerang, Cikupa.
