Technology Development Program
Technology Development Program is our intensive 12 months program to groom young talents to carve a career as Software Engineer.
As a Technology Management Trainee, you will experience rotational program over a period of 3 months to work across various functions such as Backend, Frontend, Mobile and QA. You will learn our business and overall tech stack design, vision, and architecture. This program also provides real on the job training, online training, sharing session, coaching and mentoring. You will receive guidance, mentoring and support to achieve your career aspirations.
Qualification
- Fresh graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field from reputable University
- Passionate about learning new technologies both through independent research and with guidance from a mentor
- Having knowledge on Java, ReactJS, SQL, Swift & Kotlin
- Willing to challenge yourself and think out of the box
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to details
- Good time management and organizational skills
