𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Cikupa, Tangerang.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing/factory environment.
Proven experience in handling automated machinery.
Strong understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, basic machinery, power transmission systems (gearbox, belt, chain), and the ability to read technical drawings.
Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams, understand motor control circuits, and be familiar with components like sensors, inverters, relays, and contactors.
Hands-on experience with at least one PLC brand. Ability to connect to a PLC with a laptop and perform basic diagnostics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and high initiative.
Willing to work in shifts
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿: Perform routine Preventive Maintenance on production machines according to schedule to prevent breakdowns. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults. Diagnose and repair electrical faults. Execute emergency breakdown maintenance quickly and effectively to reduce machine downtime.
𝗣𝗟𝗖 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 & 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀: Conduct troubleshooting on PLC programs to identify the root cause of machine issues. Ability to read and understand Ladder Logic Diagrams to trace control logic and I/O. Perform minor modifications or parameter adjustments on PLC and HMI programs as required by production needs. Ensure proper communication between the PLC and other devices. Perform regular backup and restore of PLC programs.
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery or equipment. Provide input and ideas for continuous improvement on machines to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Create daily or weekly work reports detailing maintenance and repair activities performed. Record the usage of spare parts for every repair. Update technical documents such as wiring diagrams or machine manuals when changes are made.
𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵, 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗛𝗦𝗘): Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures. Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Maintain a clean and orderly work area (5S principles).
