SALES MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
Minimal Bachelor’s degree (any major is welcomed)
Preferred 3 years minimum of experience as Sales Manager in Facilities Services (such as Hygiene, Cleaning, and Pest Control)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and increase results of all sales team on the branch area
Responsible for sales planning customer service standards
Create sales strategies for Facilities Services (such as Hygiene, Cleaning, and Pest Control) that meets
Responsible for targeting product sales and distribution in the branch areas
Introduce new/existing products to customers
Canvasing to the customer, also selling our products and services
Survey, calculate, and approach based on the customer needs
A challenger and target-oriented
Excellent networking and communication
Great strategist and executor
Own a vehicle
