2. Marketing Communication
Job Description :
- Develop marketing strategy for Cosmetic Brand (The Body Culture & Dunia Kosmetik) based on local insight including data analysis and in line with business direction
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy, budget planning and tracking
- Manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, operations, business development, etc) and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, & merchants)
- Capable to develop the product and analyze the market demand
- Develop communications strategies and campaigns both online and offline platforms

- Age Maximal 30 Year Old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Communication, Business, Public Relation, and Marketing
- Minimal 2 Years of experiences as MARKETING COMMUNICATION in retail business (beauty product)
- Understand business online for beauty category is a MUST
- A well-developed eye for spotting winners and identifying product opportunities
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Must have a positive attitude, creative, proactive, fast learner and leadership skill
- Understand FB Ads, Google Ads and Tiktok Ads
- Excellent or Fluent English Skills Required
