PT. Doosan Heavy Industries Indonesia is seeking for a dedicated and experienced EHS Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
As the EHS Manager for our Ultra Super Critical Power Plant Project (2x1000MW) located at Suralaya – Cilegon, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of all personel, protecting the environment, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements for the construction, commissioning and maintenance stage. Responsible for developing and implementing EHS programs, policies, and procedures, as well as monitoring and continuously improving safety performance. This role will require strong leadership & communication skills, as you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and procedures for the Ultra Super Critical Power Plant Project (2x1000MW
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
Lead safety training and awareness programs for project personnel.
Establish and maintain a culture of safety and environmental responsibility on-site.
Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS regulations and standards.
Investigate accidents and incidents, develop root cause analyses, and implement corrective measures.
Prepare and submit EHS reports to regulatory agencies as required.
Monitor and analyze EHS performance data to drive continuous improvement, Manage emergency response plans and drills.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
Prepare and maintain EHS reports, records, and documentation as required.
Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among all project stakeholders.
Participate in EHS audits and inspections, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
Willing to be placed in Suralaya, Cilegon-Banten
Employment Contract Basis, Indonesian Citizen Only
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the power generation or CFSPP construction industry / oil and gas. Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities and Ledership.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective EHS programs.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is a plus (e.g., OHSAS, Lead Auditor, Fire Fighting, Nebosh or equivalent).
Having AK3 Construction Utama is more advantages as a mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS software.
