Branch Manager
To fit this position you must be:
Experienced at FMCG industry for min. 3 years at same position and same level, preferably familiar to handle multi products (alcohol, non alcohol and food product)
Have deep knowledge at distribution management (Financial, Sales, Warehouse, Delivery)
Minimum background education : Bachelor degree from any reputable university
Have good analytical thinking and great leadership skill to develop team member
Able to communicate with multi level employee and owner business
What you will do:
Meet new person for business purpose to growth sales and maintain good relationship with them
Create event and support outlets with fun and fit marketing strategy
Handle outlets complain and solve their problem to boost sales activity
Maintain operational activity at branch
Develop team member and actively monitor their performance
