PT. CT Advance Technology is currently seeking a qualified Mechatronics Engineer to join our engineering team in Cilegon.
This position is responsible for the design, improvement, troubleshooting, and optimization of mechatronics systems to support reliable and efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and optimize mechatronics and automation systems to support production performance.
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and root cause analysis (RCA) on machinery and automated systems.
Create, review, and maintain technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system documentation.
Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines or system upgrades.
Analyze machine performance data and identify opportunities to improve cycle time, efficiency, and equipment reliability.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Implement and monitor preventive & predictive maintenance programs.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in mechatronics, automation, maintenance engineering, or industrial machinery troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of PLC, sensors, actuators, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and control circuits.
Experience with PLC/HMI programming or configuration, is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
