PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk adalah perusahaan petrokimia terbesar dan terintegrasi secara vertikal di Indonesia dengan fasilitas-fasilitasnya yang terletak di Ciwandan, Cilegon dan Puloampel, Serang di Provinsi Banten. CAP merupakan pabrik petrokimia utama yang memanfaatkan teknologi dan fasilitas pendukung canggih kelas dunia. Jantung operasi CAP adalah Lummus Naphtha Cracker yang menghasilkan Ethylene, Propylene, Mixed C4, dan Pyrolysis Gasoline (Py-Gas) berkualitas tinggi untuk Indonesia serta pasar ekspor regional.
Selain pabrik Naphtha Cracker, CAP memiliki fasilitas produksi Polyethylene dan Polypropylene yang terintegrasi yang menggabungkan dua teknologi kelas dunia. Empat reaktor Unipol dengan lisensi dari Union Carbide: satu reaktor mampu menghasilkan resin Linear Low dan High Density Polyethylene; tiga reaktor lainnya mampu menghasilkan berbagai resin Polypropylene. Reaktor kelima menggunakan lisensi dari Showa Denko KK, teknologi revolusioner Jepang yang dikenal dengan Bimodal High Density Polyethylene. Kedua teknologi kelas dunia tersebut digabungkan untuk memproduksi berbagai grade resin Polyethylene untuk memenuhi sebagian besar permintaan Polyethylene di Indonesia.
Guna memastikan produksi yang berkesinambungan, CAP memiliki pembangkit listrik terpasang dengan kapasitas yang melebihi kebutuhan produksi normal. Selain itu, CAP memiliki sambungan ke PLN sebagai sumber listrik cadangan. Pabrik pun memiliki instalasi desalinasi dan pengolahan air yang menghasilkan air yang sangat murni untuk digunakan pada sistem pendingin, tanki penyimpanan, dan jetty.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Drive complete end-to-end recruitment process as prescribed in the Recruiting Policy and Procedure with hiring managers and related human resources counterpart, complying with agreed Service Level Agreements, keeping in mind to keep the process moving forward.
Coordinate and collaborate with hiring manager and/or relevant stakeholders in creating and executing recruitment action plan, from clarifying job description, develop sourcing plan, job posting, interview plan, up to successful placement.
Perform various sourcing methods to attract talent and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs, and analyze effectiveness of each sourcing methods to ensure readiness and quality of pipeline.
Deploy and use job appropriate behavioral and competency based interview methodology to assess prospective employees and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job fitness, organization culture considerations, and other requirements and competencies pertinent to classification and selection.
Coordinate and consult with compensation & benefit team in regards with candidate salary information and offer proposal, and communicate the approved offer to the candidate in an appropriate manner.
Gather and manage all data associated with the recruitment process – e.g. candidate information, interview process details, offer information, due diligence documents, etc. – and ensure adherence and compliance to company’s guidelines, while maintaining confidentiality of personal data or other sensitive data.
Ensure data integrity by accurately and timely encoding of all information in the Recruitment Technology (SuccessFactors), including information accuracy on each Personnel Requisition assigned and job posting is updated accordingly.
Ensure update and completion of external (e.g. Local Manpower Office / Disnaker) and internal (e.g user regular update) recruitment reports ensuring accuracy and submission in a timely manner.
Coordinate and actively monitor Employer Branding activities.
Establish a close and professional relationship with all stakeholders and other Third Party Vendors, collaborating to ensure smooth deliverance of hiring process.
Coordinate or participate ad-hoc projects and meetings focusing on recruiting process initiatives and improvements or best practices (e.g. Employer Branding, Campus Outreach, etc).
Ensure overall good recruiting experience to both hiring managers and candidates. This includes becoming a recruiting subject matter experts and a good ambassador to the company.
Provide company information to candidates and appropriately “sell” candidates on the value proposition of the Chandra Asri experience, and to foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Up to date on knowledge on business, market competition, and recruitment trends to align with company needs.
Identify and actively share recruitment best practices to the team and the business, and when necessary provide coaching to junior talent acquisition specialist.
Communicate to hiring managers/teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
Monitor Talent Acquisition operational excellence to be in compliance with the company guidelines and regulations and perform necessary action and escalation on identified or potential operational issues.
Analyze and monitor Workforce Planning and do necessary action and coordinate with HRBP and other related functions for fulfillment.
Persyaratan Khusus:
Minimum Bachelor Degree, from relevant background (ie. psychology), from reputable domestic or overseas universities. Having a psychologist license would be an advantage.
Minimum 7 years of experience as Talent Acquisition / In-house recruiter in similar industry
Hands-on experience in conducting Behavior-based Interview technique in assessing prospective applicants
Proficient with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as well as using social media (e.g. LinkedIn) in conducting sourcing for passive candidates.
Excellent English communication skill (both spoken and written) is a must as well as analytical thinking
Sound knowledge and/or experience in managing employer branding activities, and competency dictionary.
Ability to work well as part of the team as well as being an individual contributor
Willing to be placed in site office, Cilegon, Banten.
