Qualification:
Education at least S1 in the field of Animal Husbandry
Experience working in the Livestock industry
Minimum 1 year experience as Farm Supervisor
Willing to live in the Mess that has been provided
Willing to be placed in Pandeglang, Banten
Requirements:
Good understanding of poultry farming
Understand good Hen house and Broiler maintenance
Have good poultry management skills
Have strong leadership skills, good communication skills and problem solving skills
Understand the implementation of teamwork activities in controlling the performance of chickens in hen house related to depletion and production
Monitor and check all activities of breeding farm management, performance of production operators and managed teams
Able to operate Microsoft Office
