PRODUCTION MANAGER for COATING
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead all production activities at the coating factory.
Plan and supervise production schedules to ensure targets are met on time and efficiently
Control product quality and production processes to ensure high quality standards.
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of machinery and production facilities.
Supervise raw material management and inventory planning.
Implement and ensure compliance with occupational safety procedures and operational standards.
Lead, guide, and provide training to the production team to improve skills and productivity.
Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the coating or manufacturing industry.
Understanding of coating production processes and management of materials and machinery used.
Possess good managerial and leadership skills, and able to make sound decisions.
Results-oriented, meticulous, and possess good problem-solving skills.
Preferred to be able to communicate in English.
Willing to work on shift schedules or overtime if required.
Work location area Cikande – Serang
