Deputy Proposal Manager (Sr Estimator)

Job Description:

  • Understand tender documents such as specifications, drawings, BoQ to -understand the scope of work (Industrial Project)
  • Make an analysis of the unit price of work
  • Prepare complete tender documents required in the tender process
  • Create an archive of unit price offers from SubCont and suppliers
  • Review the volume data calculated by the takeoff team and make a review/analysis
  • Participate in pre-tender meetings, tender reviews, aanwijzing, clarification meetings and negotiations
  • Clarifying the contents of quotations to subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they comply with tender requirements
  • Create a table/list of material specifications

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or master’s in civil engineering
  • Experiences in RAB for project Building/Industrial and power plant
  • Able to read engineering drawings
  • Have good communication and negotiation skills
  • At least 10 – 15 years working experience in the Construction Company / Consultant as Cost Control or Estimator
  • Willing to be located at Head Office (Bintaro, South Jakarta)
