“Deputy Proposal Manager (Sr Estimator)”
Job Description:
- Understand tender documents such as specifications, drawings, BoQ to -understand the scope of work (Industrial Project)
- Make an analysis of the unit price of work
- Prepare complete tender documents required in the tender process
- Create an archive of unit price offers from SubCont and suppliers
- Review the volume data calculated by the takeoff team and make a review/analysis
- Participate in pre-tender meetings, tender reviews, aanwijzing, clarification meetings and negotiations
- Clarifying the contents of quotations to subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they comply with tender requirements
- Create a table/list of material specifications
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or master’s in civil engineering
- Experiences in RAB for project Building/Industrial and power plant
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- At least 10 – 15 years working experience in the Construction Company / Consultant as Cost Control or Estimator
- Willing to be located at Head Office (Bintaro, South Jakarta)
