Lokasi distribusi kami terdiri dari wilayah sekitar Banten termasuk Kota Cilegon, Kota Serang, Kabupaten Serang, Kabupaten Cilegon, dan Kabupaten Pandegelang.

General Manager
Qualification :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major; Maximum 45 years old
Having experience minimum 8 years in Managerial level especially as a senior Business Development, Sales & Marketing, in TRUCKING COMPANY
Able to communicate well In Bahasa and English
Having skills presentation, reporting and negotiation.
Strong leadership, decision making and interpersonal skill
Placement location at BOJONEGARA, CILEGON.
Responsibility :
Responsible for managing the performance of each division in the Head Office, consisting of Operational , Sales &Marketing, HR &GA, and a business site or unit by ensuring the work process runs in accordance with procedures
Carrying out operation and business development functions
Responsible for all activities of all divisions in the Unit Business
Responsible for employee performance assessment, among others: KPI assessment of all divisions and monitoring performance appraisal
Responsible for the preparation and use of annual budgets, annual work programs and reporting for all divisions in the Unit Business
Analyze all reports from all divisions in the Unit Business and make conclusion reports as a discussion in the framework of business development, and others.
