IT SUPPORT
Requirement :
Male
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Have a knowledge for ERP System
Depth knowledge of the programs and applications they use, typically Microsoft, Linux , networks and cloud technologies.
Job Description :
Provide support on day-to-day IT Services for users
Inspect the use of technological equipment (printer, scanner) and software
Provided technical services including troubleshooting, network administration, technical support.
Performed software installation and Configuration, wireless networking support, technical support, and PC hardware/software repair.
Delivered comprehensive technical support in a collaborative environment for troubleshooting user issues and supporting requests for service.
HRD
Requirement :
Female (max. 25 years)
The candidate must possess at least Psychology or Management Human Resources
Min. 2-3 years work as a HR Generalist/HR Operations
Understand the flow of recruitment
Understand the HR functions both internally and externally
Have knowledge about the Indonesia Manpower Regulation
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Well organized and able to multitask
Fast learner, proactive, and resilience
