PROCUREMENT OFFICER ( 3 Position )
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Monitoring and follow up outstanding PR
Make sure vendor delivery the goods
Follow up delivery until payment if needed
Outsourcing vendor / comparison
Prepare BES and create PO
Negotiation with vendor
Understanding how to manage ordering which one material and asset
Manage termin of payment
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
Age between 23 – 35 years old
Having at least 2 years of working experience as Procurement
Able to work within deadline
Good leadership skill
Good microsoft excel /word
High integrity, Initiative, Proactive
Detail oriented
Good communication and negotiation skill
