Production Planning Control (PPC) Staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (internship experience in PPC is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SolidWork, and SolidEdge
Good knowledge of machining processes and manufacturing workflows
Good communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to be placed in Curug Bitung, Tangerang
Responsibilities:
Assist in production scheduling and planning to ensure smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams
Analyze production data to improve efficiency and minimize delays
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams
Prepare reports on production performance and material usage
Ensure production plans align with customer orders and demand forecasts
