Research & Development Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage R&D projects focused on adhesive formulation and development.
Develop and refine adhesive formulations, understanding material chemistry and production processes.
Analyze and understand the impact of production equipment on product properties and performance.
Evaluate various materials and alternatives, assessing their impact on adhesive properties and performance.
Maintain relationships with material suppliers and key contacts.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
Preferably at least 5-7 years of experience in Research and Development specially HPL Product
Strong knowledge of adhesive formulation, chemical processes, and production equipment.
Deep understanding of material types and their impact on product performance.
Experience in managing supplier relationships and sourcing materials.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
